Under the leadership of Principal Don Carter, our firm offers a full scope of Civil Site Engineering services.  Involvement in projects often begins at the very earliest stages of program development by assisting private owners, municipalities and school boards with site selection.  Services include coordination of geotechnical and environmental assessments by outside consultants, development of site demolition plans, site layout and paving plans, grading and drainage plans, hydrologic analysis of watersheds, stormwater treatment facilities in accordance with the Georgia Stormwater Management Manual’s guidelines, and athletic facility design.  Our clients include residential developers, multifamily developers, churches, commercial developers, boards of education and state level educational facilities.

In addition to civil site design, Carter & Sloope, Inc. also offers landscape architectural services.  Licensed Landscape Architects prepare master plans for campus landscaping, park, plaza and fountain projects, entrances for business, residential and industrial developments, and assist with irrigation, lighting and signage design.
