With permitting of storm water Carter & Sloope has a staff that can produce sediment and erosion control plans, delineate wetlands, file Nation Pollution Discharge Elimination (NPDES) permits specifically Notice of Intents (NOI)/ Notice of Termination (NOT), and file nationwide permitting through the Army Corps of Engineers. Carter & Sloope will insure that all storm water permitting is submitted to the proper federal or state agency.  Carter & Sloope has the knowledge required to get you project permitted through the Georgia Department of Natural Resources Environmental Protection Division and US Army Corps of Engineers.
